Teagan's Baptism

We had Teagan's baptism on Saturday April 21st at Holy Trinity Church in Cherry.   Teagan's godparents are my aunt & uncle Jim & Carla Senica.  Both of my kids are very lucky that they have so many wonderful aunts and uncles in their lives, we could not go wrong with no matter who we chose to be the godparents, one of the many joys of having such a big family.  Teagan was so well behaved in church, she was all full of smiles and very alert during the entire thing.  Jack on the other hand was a full steam ahead 2 year old boy.  He was definitely entertaining to watch, I think he truly thought that everyone was there to watch him.  Teagan wore my christening gown, and thank goodness we didn't wait much longer to have her baptized because I'm not sure how much longer it would have fit her, the girl is definitely growing.

After the church we had all of our family over to our house for food, drinks and some cake and cupcakes.  All of the food was delicious.  I must also add that I am very lucky because between my mom, Nick's mom, my grandma and Nick's aunt I didn't even have to make anything, I just had to provide the place for the party, so that was definitely nice of all of them to help out. 

Teagan was also a very lucky little girl.  Everyone took very good care of her as far as gifts are concerned.  It seemed as though everyone went to Sasso for the special occasion, I have never seen a baby showered with so many white boxes with gold ribbon, I think I was a little jealous.
