I had to move Teagan from her bedroom floor to the chair in her room because I just couldn't get her to sit still for the pictures |
Teagan continues to be a delightful, smiley, sweet and cuddly little sweetheart. Her personality is starting to come out a little more, and I think it is safe to say that Teagan will probably be more demanding, outspoken, and voistrous(sp?) as her brother. Now don't get me wrong, Teagan is a very good, easy and enjoyable little girl, but Nick said it best when he said, "Teagan is always happy, but Teagan is never satisfied." That is our little princess in a nut shell. Always on the move, always checking things out, and she wants what she wants when she wants it.
Yes she is at the park in her PJs, it was a lazy Sunday |
Teagan continues to sleep through the night. She is usually sleeping by 8:00-8:30 and she is nearly impossible to wake up in the morning. No matter how tired or grumpy she is when I wake her up in the morning, she always lights up and puts on the biggest smile as soon as she sees her brother. It just melts my heart to see how much she loves him and how excited she gets when he is around. And Jack loves his sister, but he does get a little annoyed when she gets into his stuff....can't say I blame him. But he is always concerned and asking what happened to her whenever she is upset and crying.
Lately it seems that Teagan's favorite thing to play with are Jack's matchbox cars. It might be because they are small and easy for her to pick up, or because we have about a million of them in our house so they are very easily accessible and on any given day at any given moment you can walk through our living room and find about 20 matchbox cars. So our little princess likes to play with cars, at least she is fully accessorized with a headband while she is playing with them.
Notice what she is playing with....of course it is a car |
This month we switched Teagan to her new car seat, well actually not new, it is Jack's old car seat and Jack is the one who ended up getting a new car seat....lucky guy. I have mixed emotions on Teagan being out of the carrying carseat. It is good because it gets a little difficult lugging that thing around all of the time, it is bad because I hate having to take her out of the carseat when she is sleeping. So just a couple more months of being rear facing, and then Teagan can be turned around and face forward in her carseat.
Happy 9 Months Teagan, We Love You
